In keeping with the Center for Language Education’s commitment to advance learning and knowledge through teaching and research, an international conference is held every year or two with the following objectives:
- To encourage teachers to explore the different issues of language education through research;
- To encourage language practitioners to voice their opinions with regard to the language education policies of Hong Kong and elsewhere; and
- To document presentations and discussions in conference proceedings.
