We use the student list provided by ITSC to register the students on Turnitin, and most of the time, you are registered with your @connect.ust.hk email account. Thus, your record with Turnitin might look like this:

You have to login using the correct email account to access his/her account. If there is a need to reset the password, you will also have to give the first name and last name in the correct format to be identified by the system.
You are allowed to submit as many versions as you want up until the deadline. Each version will
overwrite the previous one.
In general, the Originality Report for an assignment will be generated within ten minutes. However,
the reports for resubmissions can take up to 24 hours to generate. The speeds are likely to vary
depending on internet traffic.
- Log in to Turnitin.
- Click on Class name.
- To the right of the assignment name, click on the Originality report icon.
