眾所周知，「飲茶」是廣東及香港一帶飲食文化中最具代表性的習俗之一，近年來更流傳至世界各地，成爲大家認識粵式飲食的重要途徑。「廣東話大茶樓」將帶領内地及本地同學一同走進廣式茶樓，在實境中進行一次語言文化交流。内地同學可以身臨其境學習如何用廣東話「嗌嘢食」，並了解「飲茶」文化及禮儀等，而本地同學則可以認識新朋友，提升交際能力。

 

Enjoying dim sum with a pot of hot tea at a Chinese restaurant is one of the most common ways to spend leisure time with family and friends in Hong Kong and some Guangdong regions. Through our gathering, you can learn and practice how to say commonly used Cantonese expressions and know more about the dining etiquette about dining at a Chinese restaurant.
