Email Writing for Professional Settings


Writing clear and effective emails is a crucial communication skill in the workplace that can help you build better work relationships. This event aims to help improve your ability to communicate effectively via email in various professional contexts.

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to

  1. Be familiarised with email etiquette to make a good impression
  2. Improve your grammar and vocabulary for email writing
  3. Analyse and learn the tone, formality levels, and organisational styles of different emails
  4. Write emails and review those written by other participants
  5. Develop your planning, organising, writing, and editing skills
