Enhancing English Accuracy: Pronunciation and Grammar


If you wish to speak and write English accurately, this course is what you need. It aims at developing your ability to identify and correct common spoken and written inaccuracies in English. The course also focuses on heightening your awareness of how particular inaccuracies may be caused by the interference of your native language, and how you can avoid them. You can learn to speak and write confidently and accurately in English.

 

On completion of the course, you are expected to:
  • identify pronunciation errors typically made by Chinese learners of English;
  • correct the common grammatical errors made by Chinese learners of English; and
  • proofread and edit your writing and speaking for these errors.
