Group Interviews & Re-run


Group Interviews are becoming more popular in Hong Kong for use in hiring management level position. The purpose of group interviews is not only to hear what you say but to see how you behave and what skills you display in a group setting. In this workshop, you will learn some useful languages for group interviews, understand the qualities employers assess during group interviews, evaluate candidates’ performance in a group interview and you will be given time to participate in a group interview.

Intended Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, you are expected to:

  • Understand employers’ expectations
  • Apply effective language in a group interview
  • Evaluate candidates’ performance in a group interview
  • Practise what you have learned in the course through a group interview

    1. All sessions of the activity will be conducted online. Please go through the guidelines here, which detail the preparation and computer equipment required, before joining in the event.
