Speaker: Mr Mike Newby
Mike Newby is Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, and is currently Deputy COO for the global Legal and Compliance Division. He has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, financial services compliance and business management.
Although he is currently based in New York, Mike is a permanent resident of Hong Kong where he has lived since 2007. He has strong connections across the City and outside of work enjoys hiking, eating and exploring Asia.
Mike is a native of the United Kingdom and studied English at Cambridge University. He will be pleased to share his experience of using English in the international workplace to achieve success.

Speaker: Ms Britney Siu
Britney Siu joined Morgan Stanley in 2015, and is currently Vice President in the Global Business Development Services Team. She has 10 years of experience in financial services.
Britney was born in China and studied International Business at the University of Victoria, Canada. After graduation, she decided to move to and eventually settle in Hong Kong for her personal and career development.
For this talk, Britney will share her experience in the corporate environment and her ideas on how to meet professional demands from landing a job to cooperating with colleagues at different levels.

Speaker: Mr Selwyn Au Yeung
Selwyn Au Yeung is currently Managing Director & Business Head, North Asia of BMO Private Bank based in Hong Kong.
Selwyn is a Hong Kong native, migrated to Canada when he was 14, studied and worked in Canada as a Chartered Accountant until he returned to Hong Kong in 1992. Since his return, he has taken up various local and regional roles in accounting firms and banks including Deloitte, Citibank and HSBC before joining the Canadian bank BMO Private Bank. He provides service to clients from various jurisdictions including Hong Kong, PRC, Taiwan and the Philippines.
For this talk, Selwyn will share his views on how to explore development opportunities in and out of Hong Kong. He will also provide useful pointers on how to meet the challenges in verbal and multimedia-assisted communication through active listening and managing others' expectations.
