Inter-cultural awareness and communication skills have become crucial in different contexts: Students come to university to meet and work with people from a wide range of backgrounds; and as they graduate they enter multi-cultural workplaces, where difference perceptions and behaviour clashes; they are also increasingly likely to face customers and agencies from all around the world.
This course will help you reviewing your experience, challenging your perceptions, and also provide you with theoretical models in order to prepare you for multi-cultural interactions. It will also equip you with the awareness and techniques which enable you to avoid misunderstanding and yield synergy in diversity.
