Getting nervous before public speaking? Everyone experiences anxiety when speaking up, but knowing the strategies to combat your panic helps you become a confident speaker. Based on a book of the same name by Matt Abrahams, this activity explores the sources of anxiety, the connection with your audience and the techniques of managing your anxiety. Join us to learn the secrets of becoming a fearless speaker!
