Learning idioms will help improve your understanding of English, make your speaking more interesting and expressive, and help you enjoy fluent conversation with native speakers.

This activity will help you:

  • Practice inferring the meaning of unfamiliar idiomatic phrases
  • Use idioms in different speaking situations

Please note this activity consists of Part 1 and Part 2. Part 2 will focus on idioms used in handling conflict situations. Students are welcome to join both sessions.
