This is an event for HKUST students who are interested in Hong Kong’s history and culture. Guided tours of the historical spots in Hong Kong will be organized for the participants.

On top of that, this activity also aims at providing chances for participants to speak up in languages other than mother tongue and to improve communication skills with fellow participants.

After the activity, students can:

• learn about the history and community by visiting the site;
• make new friends who are also interested in Hong Kong’s history;
• learn Hong Kong’s culture through Cantonese phrases.

希望藉着此活動，集合有意認識香港的同學，不論文化背景、國籍、語言，透過出走科大，一起「四圍貢」，在地認識香港及其文化和歷史。此外，亦希望藉着團體活動，學生之間學習溝通技巧，以及增加聽、講母語以外的語言機會。

完成此活動，學生可以：

• 親身到相關地點認識相關歷史，感受社區；
• 認識志同道合的同學；
• 透過語言進一步認識香港道地文化。
