Edward has more than 25 years’ experience in developing and teaching technical and business communication courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has been teaching on Managerial Communication for the MBA Program at HKUST for over 12 years, and coordinates Business Communication and Business Case Analyses I & II for business undergraduates. He has also led and taught a number of corporate training programs, coaching business managers and senior civil servants on leadership and managerial communication skills. Edward has expertise in language assessment and psychometric measurement. He has served as Paper-Setter, Chief Examiner and Advisor for a number of public and professional examinations.
