Do you want to improve your communication skills, in particular, questioning techniques? If you do, you may wish to sign up for this workshop. In the workshop, you will examine various types of questions, play the role as facilitator or respondent in a focus group discussion, discuss when and how to prompt respondents or give them cues, and learn when and how to probe for more information in order to achieve breadth and depth of an issue.

This workshop is not simply about questioning techniques, but also about skills in conducting focus group discussions, such as prompting respondents or giving hints and probing into a topic in a professional manner like that of a qualitative researcher. Ultimately, you will improve your overall communication skills.
