語文教育中心“普通話/廣東話夥伴計劃”旨在提供更多元化的語言學習環境與實踐機會，幫助廣大同學提升普通話/廣東話的使用水平。同學們可以在以普通話/廣東話爲母語的“老友”的帶領下，通過參加豐富多采的線上小組聚會，和來自各地的同學交朋友，深入認識不同的文化，輕輕鬆鬆說普通話/廣東話，增強口語表達的自信心。

The Center for Language Education offers the “Chinese Language Buddy Program (CLBP)”, which aims to promote a conducive and diverse language learning environment, and encourages the confident and frequent use of Putonghua or Cantonese among students of HKUST. Through joining various fun online group gatherings organized by your “Buddy” (a student leader fluent in Putonghua/Cantonese) throughout the term, you can make friends from different places, know more about diverse cultures, practice speaking in relaxing environments, and boost your confidence in speaking Putonghua/Cantonese.
