Lead and Earn gives you opportunities to take responsibility, contribute in meaningful ways, and receive recognition for your work. Roles may include Students as Partners, peer tutors, student ambassadors, and interns. 

These experiences help you build leadership and professional skills while making visible contributions to CLE and the wider University community. They also give you experience you can draw on in future applications, interviews, and portfolio work.
