The Cantonese Chat Corner is intended to help students without Cantonese background grasp the basic Cantonese expressions used in daily life and help them get involved in the living environment in Hongkong quickly. Except for giving some instructions on Cantonese learning, this corner will give the students more chances to practice what they have learned with the friendly native facilitator to improve the accuracy and fluency of their spoken Cantonese. Through this Cantonese Chit-chat, you can:

Equip yourself with the basic Cantonese expressions and words
Understand the special speaking customs of Cantonese and Hong Kong culture
Help yourself to improve their Cantonese pronunciation

Rules	Students must register at least 1 day in advance through the online registration system. Students are to use the online registration system to reschedule and cancel their bookings if necessary. The rescheduling and cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the registered session through the online registration system. Students who are more than 10 minutes late for the registered session are regarded as no-shows. No-show students can still attend the registered sessions but are required to wait for 2 weeks before they can make further bookings for any of “The Chinese Chat Corner” sessions.
