This is a unique, hands-on workshop where you will craft your own traditional mugwort massage hammer while practicing practical English in a fun, supportive environment! You will learn the vocabulary of herbs and wellness, follow step-by-step instructions in English, and describe your creation, all while building a tool to relieve stress and muscle tension. Leave with a unique wellness tool, new practical English skills, and more confidence in using English for hands-on tasks.
