My experience of more than thirty years as a teacher of English has shown me that I have something new to discover, learn and share with my students all the time.  My fervent hope is for all the students with whom I have the blessing and pleasure to share a term will not only learn about the English language, but also discover their latent potential to realize their dreams and be part of the force that makes this universe a better place for all mankind.

I am very fortunate to have been educated in different countries: Malaysia (my birth place), Canada and Australia. And I am even more fortunate to have worked with and learnt from colleagues from various countries and cultures in Malaysia, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong. This has made me a more understanding and tolerant teacher who can relate to students from all walks of life with diverse learning styles and needs.  My professional wish is to inspire my students to be courageous enough to learn from their mistakes and ‘seize the day’ whenever they can.
